James started working with us in July of this year. We closed on our property this week. James Garland worked tirelessly for us through showings of multiple houses. He never lost patience or his enthusiasm working with us. It was his intention to find us a summer home, and indeed he did! When we inquired online, we were automatically assigned James as our realtor. We felt obligated to use him after he showed us the house. The purchase was pretty straightforward and quick. James is professional and kind, also serms to lack experience. He should do well with some mentorship and future experience. We will use our usual realtor going forward.
